Why Echo Therm

While the industry left, we stayed.

Most domestic glass thermometer manufacturers are gone — offshored or closed. Echo Therm has been on the same manufacturing floor in Springfield, Ohio since 1947. That means domestic production, domestic lead times, and no container ships in your supply chain.

  • Precision-crafted glass tubes that hold up to real industrial use
  • Mercury-free, non-toxic fill — built to a standard imports can not match
  • Consistent accuracy, unit after unit, order after order
  • Nearly 80 years of manufacturing know-how behind every piece

Weeks, not months.

Importing usually means paying in full up front and waiting on overseas shipping you can not control. Producing domestically keeps that timeline in your hands. Echo Therm turns orders around quickly and keeps you in the loop, so your shelves and your customers never wait.

Common Questions

What buyers ask most.

Straight answers about our products, specs, and how we work.

What filling do you use in the glass tubes?

Echo Therm uses a non-toxic, mercury-free liquid fill across all product lines. It will not fade, separate, or break down under normal use — unlike kerosene-based fills common in imported alternatives.

What tube sizes are available?

We manufacture tubes from 1.5" to 24" in overall length, with a range of diameters and scale options. Custom dimensions are available — tell us the application and we will spec the right tube.

Can I order the tube only, or does it come as a complete thermometer?

Both. We offer finished ready-to-sell thermometers with custom scales, bare tubes for customers who mount them in their own housing, and custom-assembled units with your printed scale.

What accuracy do your thermometers hold?

Standard accuracy across our product lines is ±2°F. For applications requiring tighter tolerances, let us know in your quote request and we will discuss what is achievable for your spec.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Europe. Domestic orders ship on a much faster timeline than overseas alternatives — typically weeks, not months.
